Warranty
In the unlikely event your Whyte Carbon or Triple 60 product has a defect. Your entire shaft/cue and a copy of the original receipt MUST accompany all warranty claims.
- Whyte Carbon shafts are meticulously assembled in the U.S.A. from the finest materials and subject to the strictest quality control standards to bring you the best cue in the industry.
- Whyte Carbon shafts and Triple 60 cues are warranted to be free from material and manufacturing defects.
- Whyte Carbon/Triple 60 warrants all components of the shaft/cue for the life of the product, but excludes replaceable parts such as the tip, ferrule, and paint/finish. Although not specifically limited, replacement of wear parts by unqualified service personnel may void warranty.
- Triple 60 Accessories are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year unless otherwise specified.
- This warranty applies to Whyte Carbon shafts and Triple 60 cues purchased from an authorized QCO, LLC Retailer or distributor.
- The warranty applies to the original owner and is non-transferable.
- All products covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced (with the same model or one of equal value) without charge.
- All claims are resolved at the discretion of Triple 60 and QCO, LLC.
- This warranty is void if your cue has aftermarket products or if it has been subject to mishandling, abuse, or modification/repairs not performed by Triple 60, QCO, LLC or its authorized service centers.
- This warranty is void if used with with cues that have an aluminum pin. Ignoring this could led to potential damage, material degradation, or suboptimal performance. If you are unsure of your pin material, you can check using a magnet—if the magnet does not stick, you have an aluminum pin which is not compatible. If the magnet sticks, you have a steel pin which is compatible.
