Snakewood is among the rarest figured timbers on earth, its natural tortoiseshell patterning unrepeatable from one piece to the next. Here it consumes the forearm in broad, luminous panels that shift from deep amber to rich cognac depending on the light. White inlays punctuate with quiet precision featuring small, four-point diamond forms that give the eye a place to land without competing for attention. The butt sleeve carries Snakewood into the ebony base, extending the wood's narrative, while aluminum enters the ringwork alongside Snakewood and white to add a cool metallic thread to an otherwise wholly organic story. The leather wrap returns the hand to something grounded and familiar, and the titanium radial joint holds the whole magnificent thing together with its customary, unassuming connection.
